    What is FAAOMPT?

Reid Kelley holds “Fellow” status in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy (AAOMPT), which is designated as “FAAOMPT”. The FAAOMPT designation has international recognition of competence and expertise in the practice of orthopaedic manual physical therapy by a physical therapist licensed in the USA. To achieve the Fellow credential, a physical therapist must complete a credentialed fellowship program in orthopaedic manual physical therapy. A Fellow is a physical therapist who has demonstrated advanced clinical, analytical, and hands-on skills in the treatment of musculoskeletal (orthopaedic) disorders in a credentialed Fellowship Program. Fellows serve their patients and the public by demonstrating excellence in clinical practice, education, and research.

    What is SCS?

The SCS designation is given by the American Physical Therapy Association. It is a Board certification in Sports Physical Therapy.

The specialist certification program was established to provide formal recognition for physical therapists with advanced clinical knowledge, experience, and skills in a special area of practice and to assist consumers and the health care community in identifying these physical therapists.

    Testimonials

My doctor's office referred me to Reid Clinic after back surgery. Reid gave me physical therapy treatments in the office that helped control the pain. He also showed me exercises I can do at home, so I can manage the pain on my own. Reid and his staff are all friendly and highly competent. They make it a pleasure to go to the clinic. I’m pleased with the results I got at Reid Clinic. I have already recommended them and will continue to recommend them to anyone in need of physical therapy.

Reid is the best physical therapist I have ever seen and I have seen many.

First Clinic I have been to that I got treated by the same therapist every time!

Reid Clinic presents a welcoming and thoroughly professional environment, and treats the "whole patient" - not just symptoms. All patient questions are answered in a language anyone can understand- huge plus when so often a condition requiring physical therapy is described in "med-speak" that most of us cannot sort out.

I walked only a few feet with a walker, had back pain, neuropathy, and multiple falls. After a short time at Reid Clinic, my back pain was gone, and I was able to walk unaided and haven't fallen. My family and friends say I've made a remarkable recovery. I am so grateful to have my life back. I highly recommend their state of the art facility.

Reid Physical Therapy has met and exceeded my expectations after having a full knee replacement. My treatment was planned and personally carried out by Reid, the Physical Therapist, himself. Reid listened and is informative. He and his staff are personable and encouraging. Best of all - my therapy has been pain free. In the short time I have been here, I have gained strength and full range of motion. Thank you for making this possible for me.
